After filling out the Pre-registration Form, families receive a link to schedule a pedagogical visit to the school. In this visit, the Pedagogical Directorate will reveal some relevant aspects about the educational project and the pedagogical methodologies of the various valences and will show the educational spaces and environments. Families will be able to meet the team and students, ask questions and clarify doubts. All information related to the enrollment process and admission conditions to the college are also given. The visit also allows the Pedagogical Management to get to know the student better, his career and his family dynamics, as well as his expectations and needs.

After an explicit expression of interest on the part of the families in formalizing their student’s candidacy for admission to Colégio da Fonte, the school takes the final decision, based on the current admission criteria and the vacancies available, immediately informing the families.

An Enrollment Form is sent to the families to complete and formalize the registration of their child in the school.
After payment of the registration fee, the vacancy is assured.

The integration of new students at Colégio da Fonte is done individually, with particular attention to the needs of each family and each child. An Anamnesis Interview is scheduled with the parents, by the Pedagogical Directorate or the head teacher, to collect data on development, health, school career, family context, among others, which allow to know the characteristics of each student and facilitate their adaptation to college. In this interview, families also receive general information about lists of necessary materials, uniforms and equipment, food, schedules, among others. Subsequently, the school sends the families all information, instructions, usernames and passwords about the general functioning of the school and, specifically, the digital platforms. With the beginning of the student’s attendance at the college, there is the internal monitoring of the pedagogical team regarding their adaptation, and families who wish to do so, after some time, can schedule a new meeting with the teacher/Pedagogical Directorate to assess the success of that.
