Get to know our space
We encourage all interested families to make a personalized visit to the school.
Our pedagogical direction will introduce you to some relevant aspects of the educational project and the pedagogical methodologies of the various areas and will show you the educational spaces and environments. Families will be able to meet the college team and its students, ask questions and clarify any doubts they may have. All information regarding the enrollment process and admission conditions at Colégio da Fonte will also be provided.
Enrollments
Admission process
The admission process for students at Colégio da Fonte is structured to allow families to get to know the school, the educational project and the team, and for the Pedagogical Directorate to identify the specific characteristics and needs of each candidate, thus facilitating a potential integration into the school.
The process begins with the person in charge of Education filling out the online Pre-enrollment Form, on the Colégio da Fonte website, in order to register the data of the candidate student and his/her family and express interest in the admission process. Pre-registration is free and non-binding, requiring further formalization.
In this visit, the Pedagogical Directorate will reveal some relevant aspects about the educational project and the pedagogical methodologies of the various valences and will show the educational spaces and environments. Families will be able to meet the team and students, ask questions and clarify doubts. All information related to the enrollment process and admission conditions to the college are also given.
The visit also allows the Pedagogical Management to get to know the student better, his career and his family dynamics, as well as his expectations and needs.
An Anamnesis Interview is scheduled with the parents, by the Pedagogical Directorate or the head teacher, to collect data on development, health, school career, family context, among others, which allow to know the characteristics of each student and facilitate their adaptation to college.
In this interview, families also receive general information about lists of necessary materials, uniforms and equipment, food, schedules, among others.
Subsequently, the school sends the families all information, instructions, usernames and passwords about the general functioning of the school and, specifically, the digital platforms.
With the beginning of the student’s attendance at the college, there is the internal monitoring of the pedagogical team regarding their adaptation, and families who wish to do so, after some time, can schedule a new meeting with the teacher/Pedagogical Directorate to assess the success of that.
Mandatory documents
1. Pre-registration

2. Pedagogical visit
After receiving the Pre-registration, families are contacted by the Pedagogical Directorate to schedule a pedagogical visit to Colégio da Fonte
In this visit, the Pedagogical Directorate will reveal some relevant aspects about the educational project and the pedagogical methodologies of the various valences and will show the educational spaces and environments. Families will be able to meet the team and students, ask questions and clarify doubts. All information related to the enrollment process and admission conditions to the college are also given.

3. Admission
After an explicit expression of interest on the part of the families in formalizing their student’s candidacy for admission to Colégio da Fonte, the school takes the final decision, based on the current admission criteria and the vacancies available, immediately informing the families.
4. Enrollment form
Families must then formalize the enrollment of their child by filling out the Enrollment Form and paying the registration fee, which secures the place.
5. Integration
The integration of new students at Colégio da Fonte is done individually, with particular attention to the needs of each family and each child.

- Student’s document of identity or birth certificate.
- Guardian’s identity document.
Photocopy
- Updated vaccination card.
Originals
- Registration form (filled-in and signed).
- Medical certificate attesting the student’s aptitude for attendance of an educational establishment, according to legislation in force.
- 1 passport size photograph . Contract of services provided (for Nursery students only).
